Shipping is FREE for prepaid orders, subject to serviceability.

COD Orders

COD orders may include a shipping and handling charge of approximately ₹100–₹200, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

9. Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, sale periods, remote locations or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

This includes:

Complete delivery address
PIN code
Valid mobile number
Other information required for successful delivery

Why Bro is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

11. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Why Bro may also cancel an order due to product availability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or other legitimate reasons.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Why Bro, the eligible amount paid will be refunded.
